Property consists of a farm with a 4x1x4 100 year old Queenslander house. Quaint building. Vendor notes could do with a touch up, but the house has been restumped, roofed and rewired. Farm is located over 5 titles being 210 acres in total.. Land has Sheds, predominantly beef cattle farm with paddocks. Vendor bought in 2005 and is looking to sell.

14/4 - Peter noted that he is not sellling atm. Place looks green but firstly go tin caretaker - a local - who is a caprenter to fi up the place, then he got lung cancer so has a carer there. Secondly has things to do on the place and no time. Also thirdly the market is not great he thinks due to covid. Told him to keep in touch with agents as people are still selling for good prices.................
Yes. When will it rain! I have been having a long period of time off as my son has been unwell but I will get my partner Ian to follow up who attended the appointment with me. He achieved a massive sale on a rural property just before Christmas, really shocked both of us.. the market is not so bad despite the drought but you do have to find the right buyer and it helps enormously if you have pictures that depict some sort of greenness
