14/7/21 UPDATE FROM JADE; Have advised sellers to remove from the market as they are not allowing access however they don’t want to do so. There is a possibility that this will move to a rental listing instead we are talking but no changes since last update.
JADE - Owners have put a pause on viewings since about April last year as they have extended family staying with them who can not return overseas due to covid.

JULY - The sellers have family stuck in the country and their house is very full and hard to keep tidy so we are on a break until everything goes back to normal for them. Hopefully later in the year (August tentatively).
2/4 - STILL ONLINE - Phil noted still online and listed - about $50k over value and he has spoken to vendors number of times but they are happy to sit on it.
JADE NOTED - VENDORS want it kept online but don't really want to put any action into the campaign at this stage
