29/3 spoke to vendor he confirmed that he was always intending to get Mark Di Giulio out there, he had had Mark out there previously to his house, got regular updates from him was really just interested in seeing who else to compare with thats why he used our services.
**EXISTING RELATIONSHIP CONFIRMED, TOO CLOSE TO THE VENDORS WOULD NOT HAVE REFERRED MARK DI GIULIO IF JUSTYN HAD ASKED ENOUGH QUESTIONS AT THE START MARK IS DIRECTOR DO NOT WANT HIM OFF SIDE. VF
George had said to Justyn he is very familiar with all the agents in the area particularly interested in BArry Plant and Phillip Webb but (no recent appraisals)
referral to Mark 10th December 2018, client told us no recent appraisal but he had ctc with a Barry Plant agent years ago.
