The property is a rental. Currently tenanted at $350 per week. It’s an older 3 bed, 1 bathroom, 1 garage, brick and tile home, large patio at the back, not far to walk to the beach. I don’t know the land size off the top of my head (700m2)? It is very similar vintage to the current property for sale next door (#15) although the bathroom needs re-doing, kitchen has been renovated.

At the moment we are expecting an appraisal from Realmark (we were with Elders). We haven’t approached any other agents as yet. Looking to speak with agents ASAP as we need to sell the property.
