08/08/19 - Vendor replied, "we've decided to put moving on hold for a couple of years. The house over the road from us did not sell recently after being on the market for some time and darren is recovering from a car racing crash so we are not in a position to even focus on ours right now. Thank you very much for the information. Hopefully we will be in a better position and the market improves in a couple of years. Katie"
11/12/18 - Vendor replied, "I shall contact you closer to when we are ready to make contact thank you very much for your time"
