My property is rented out at $320 a week. It is a 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms and a lock up garage space for 1 car.It is near the Esplanade in North Cairns I am really doing my research to find out if it is a good time to sell in Cairns . It has not been since 2010. I have sold 5 properties at Cairns in the last 8 years. , not at good prices but at least it enabled me to buy a good property in Sydney.
It is rented out with Elite but I have used them as agents selling my properties along with Remax and Powe property and do not want to use them again.
I note that here are some large hotels planned for Cairns in the next 3 years and am wondering whether to hold off for another 3 years to see if the Cairns property market improves.
