12/07/19 - Spoke to vendor, not interested in selling now nothing to do with agent just the market she will keep it for a bit.
11/07/19 - no longer listed
18/04/19 - Vendor messaged, "I am still in the contract. The property market is so down and I wonder It is too hard to sell. I don't really want to hugely reduce the price. I will see after out of the contract time next month. "

15/01/19 - Listed with non-referred agent, Rhonda Humpage from Stockdale & Leggo
