It is a house with 4 beds, 2 bath, 2 garage. Circa 1993, double brick, tile roof, approx 720 m2 land, reticulated yard, air conditioning, 2 sheds.
Ask the agents to give me a fee quotation (for all the agent's
services to complete the sale, with no hidden fees) if I sell the property through them.
What would be the fee if it doesn't sell, ie. if it doesn't reach a good
price and I take it off the market for leasing again? How long does the selling agreement last? May I also get a quote for the house market price? I have a tenant in the property. How is this normally managed while
selling? Please let the agents know that I would like to keep the case confidential
for now and I haven't decided to keep or sell it yet.
