24/01/20 - sent post op 1 email****LIAM McAister Love realty not accepting referrals
John Kerr - said that it has been a slow start, wants to have full price disclosure with advertising to attract the right buyers, when they quoted client they went off recent sales prices in area, and after 3 weeks of no inquiries if the marketing has been done right, you need to look at price, he said he stays away from price ranges as ppl tend to offer below that, he is also hoping to attract owner occupier still so recommends not looking for a tenant yet, always in communication with vendor, wants to get it
Spoke to agent to confirm withdrawal. No luck in selling. Would come to market price.Withdrew 6/5

25/03/19: Marin's wife called in to say still disappointed with John Kerr's attitude very arrogant, not pro active and still asking them to reduce price. Add still the same
11/03/19: Spoke to Martin - property on market last 3 weeks, lack luster performance from the agent so far no - one in for three weeks, agent is asking to reduce the price, tenants are out, he is also telling vendors kitchen looks tired.
