17/01/19: Agent Ray advised, "I have spoken with Kim but when I told she would probably get around $ 220,000 she said she would not sell at that level."
07/01/19: Kim (vendor) emailed, "Yes have heard back from Ray, but after some investigation, we will not be selling it’s not a good time to sell, we will now be forced to rent it out again."
07/01/19: Agent Ray accepted the referral
