Lindsay - Shane contacted me recently. If he placed his property on the market now he would be loosing lots of money so he has opted to continue renting it out until the prices increase.
14/08/20 - Emailed vendor Property Market Update
29/02/20 - Shane (vendor) replied, "No thanks. I have decided to keep the property for now."
21/01/19 - Vendor emailed, "At this stage I'm going to hang on to it. The market has dropped more than I realized."
18/01/19 - Vendor confirmed he's heard from the agents
08/01/19 - Spoke to agent Joe, will give to colleague, Sandy
08/01/19 - Agents Linsay and Joe accepted the referral
