17/10/2019 - Spoke with Lloyd - Vendor withdrew - wanting $650K - market around $550K
15/07/2019 - Emailed agent re sales progress - Hi mark, Hard work On 12 Nyes cres - Finally at $649,000 at a list price we have a chance after 2 auctions ended in the high 500’s
04/201/9 - Lloyd: Went to auction last Saturday - bidding to $500,000 - not enough to sell
The sellers were thinking close to $900,000 which is well above the market
Waiting on a list price of $675,000 which is still high for the condition of the home
Should be high 500's to early 600's - so more work needed from my side.
