07/05/19: Peter (vendor) replied, "No Vicki, the banks are being difficult, I think I will just wait it out"
21/01/19: spoke to client he is disappointed iwth the significant drop in estimations from the agents re his proposed development, significant loss if he was to build and sell in this market, will talk to banks and make his decision he said he may just buy in other area Clayton.
18/01/19: Agent Leon advised, "Spoke with him. He needs some piece comparable for his off the plan Development He sounds way over the market"
11/01/19: Vendor said, "Great service, thanks again"
11/01/19: Agents Simon, Leon, and Nick accepted the referral
