18/01/2018 ***From Bianca Moiler Thanks for your email. We decided to rent it out instead for a year as the council is in the process of rezoning from R20 to R35. However as for the agents - I found that Sean Durham just told me what prices I wanted to hear and not what the truth was. I felt he was a scammer regarding fees and I would avoid using him at any stage in the future. And team Sammut was a little unprofessional and never bothered getting back to me.
