Property has tenants at the moment and the property was repainted last year. Would like to sell with tenant in place and is not interested in staging the property.

At this stage, I havent spoken with any agents in the area. We did place the properties with the OSM's but I dont feel they made a great effort to sell the properties for us, the 3 months have expired with both.
