17/10/19 - Vendor replied, "I contacted 4 agents after your initial information, and all four appraised the property. After deliberation however, we have decided not to sell at this stage."
21/02/19 - Guy (vendor) emailed, "All three agents came out and viewed the property and had prompt information back to us regarding their assessments and plans to market. At this stage, and after review of these, we have decided not to go ahead and put our property on the market. Our intended plans for post sale have not shaped up in the direction we wanted, so we have decided to stay put for the time being. Thank you for your services. You have been very professional and informative."
