11/02/2019 She's listed in with Acacia reality - not happy with with the 3% commissions being asked by LJ hooker - she advised she has had interest but know one can get money from the banks - GM 11.2
24/01/2019 I met with Terri this morning. Her circumstances have change and she isn’t in a hurry to sell her property. She is very adamant she will wait until the market improves and she can achieve her anticipated price of $495,000. She is going to continue to sell her property privately. She was not happy with the listing and advertising costs L J Hooker would charge to sell her property. I can understand that as she has had 3 agents so far. I will keep you informed if she changes her mind.
