31/10/19: Called vendor, but went to VM, also sent message to see if selling, no response
16/04/19: Spoke to Catherine (vendor), not selling atm as husband has had some operations and also nothing is selling in area so will wait - speak again in 6 months. Still in contact with Rod.
23/01/19: Spoke to vendor, has spoken to agent Rod. loved him. looking to buy before sell. lived there for 23 years. large lovely garden, but husband had a spinal operation so cannot maintain. May get gardeners or buy something smaller (25 min away ) and sell this.
