Previously had discounted some of the agents due to conflict of interest - Michael Bennett & Chris Waites know her husband so asked for an extra agent
27/03/2019 - Julie: I rang last week n left a message. Previously she Had advised things were with her legal people as she is separating from husband.
Experience tells me it won't b a fast process.
01/02/2019 - yes I have appraised both properties with Margaret Skinner 22.1.19 – as this is a divorce – I’m not sure of her time frame with selling – I will keep in contact with her of course!
