This was never a lead: have looked through history and contact is not vendor, he was doing research for his father. Does not have address. Also confirmed his father had already been in contact with quite a few agents / unable to disclose which.
Both our referred agents confirmed the vendor had already listed the property and son was just unaware - they don't have address either, never appraised.
28/03/19 - confirm address (missing street address) / could not look up listing status
