4/09/2019 - Jerome: The last few weeks have been on the quiet side. I have requested an alteration on price however the vendor is hesitant. We have had an offer rejected about a month ago for $455,000 which I feel is a premium in the current market. Maree has advised if this weekend is quiet again then she will consider a price alignment next week.
