Tried following with Rachel ( Vicki also) did not help - said did never listed it or anything / Doug has been moved to Do Not Refer as per below notes

29/04/2019 - Emailed Rachel/agent for update
21/02/2019 - Rachel: No idea which property I am referring to / cannot call vendor as she told me she does not want our service anymore
31/01/2019 - Linley / Vendor: DO NOT CONTACT VENDOR AGAIN - said our charge yo agent was ridiculous / Doug had told her we may charge $3000 - told me not to follow up with agents or her.
