* Vendor is unresponsive to messages but answers calls, agents are responsive, agent Rob had not been able to make ctc w/ vendor *
26/02/19: Spoke to Matt (vendor), selling for at least 12 months. renting out
11/02/19: Agent Rob advised didn't get any response from the vendor
06/02/19: Agent Tim emailed, "Confirming I have spoken with Matt, he has decided not to sell as his property is worth substantially less than what he paid for it."
06/02/19: Spoke to vendor, just getting appraisals and will consider if selling, happy with this for now.
31/01/19: Agents Amanda, Rob, & Tim accepted the referral
