23/7 - After telling him my boss noted that the referral was within the referral terms he said OK will action. I noted will send email again so it is on the top of his emails.
peter noted is looking at as he feels he may not have to pay a referral fee as the property was listed then taken off the market and rented and listed for sale again. Will come back to us next week to dsicuss.
