15/05/2019 - Laura: Hi Mark, With Ambrie crescent, Kerrin is the friend or something similar to Luanna the vendor. But doesn’t seem like Luanna can take a decision for herself, Kerrin keeps control of it. I went to the appraisal at the house, meet with Luanna there, the house is in very poor condition, I think it’s only land value. Anyhow in the end they decided to put it in rent and spend more money in reo. I don’t think is worth to do any reno’s but up to them.
They want to wait for the market to get better and then sell

Meet today finally and they are happy to go ahead with me.
We just need to finalise few things and then all should be good to go.
