UPDATE FROM CLIENT NOT SELLING NOW
***Thank you for checking in. I met with Matt Condit and he was very helpful. He let me know what I might need to do to fix up the place before I sell and an idea of what price I can expect. The other agent called but I left meeting with him.
No renovations have been done as yet and not planning to sell right now. My cousin will be occupying it for some time while his house is renovated.
