* Was listed with referred agent Arthur but didn't sell
28/06/19: Vendor emailed, "Going backwards in Darwin. I will be taking the property off the market for at least a year to see if things improve."
12/07/18: Spoke to Barry (Vendor), still on market with arthur - no offers yet - slow market - Arhur showed someon thorugh last week, but no offer yet. Barry is happy to sit on listing and wait for market to improve. still with Arthur.
17/04/18: Spoke to vendor - slow market and may consider taking off market or switching to different agent. Agent Arthur advised vendor does have it priced a little high and will have another conversation about price to him.
20/06/17: Arthur confirmed he has listing this one and will go in the paper on the weekend.
06/06/17: Agent Mick advised, he spoke w/ vendor, was advised vendor wasn't in a hurry but decided to go w/ another agent
