27/10/2021 - Graham: I will also reconnect with the vendor of 51/51 Playfield and see if I can continue with the listing and the other agent exclusive is expiring 19/10/2021 - Graham re SP -This owner went with another agent. Did you speak with him at all.

It is a good unit at the price but still has 9 months on lease and most serious buyers are owner occupiers, so should improve as we get closer to end of lease.
