26/2 Sold cooling off is 27th Feb
4/10- Update is that Amanda is overseas for two weeks and Developers have come in the picture looking at making offer if she does not hear from them will prob go with an agent but not sure as yet.
Grant- is keeping in touch, said that approval for roof only came thru and now have to wait for tradies to get organised, is keeping in touch with vendor said once all done she will ctc him. vf 7/6
