26/03/20: Agent Crage emailed, "We finally have 10 Cameron Court, Murray Bridge Under Contract for $360,000. The total Commission will be $7,920 inc GST. Can you please email an invoice to me for the 20% referral commission that I can email to our accounts department.
12/02/20 Sales progress checked, property is no longer listed
***Craig said if we can speak to the client she is overpriced Murray Bridge is price sensitive, she should be $345-365k if she wants to sell vf 10/12 **
Update from Crag, he has ctc the client feels confident he is close to getting this one, the client is high on her price expectations, she wants $380k or so, Craig says between $355-360.
