**LEONI STRYDOM -EMAILED TO SAY HER COLLEAGUE DAVE MARTING GOT IN PROPERTY 2 DAYS BEFORE SHE CALLED THEM DID NOT GO TO PROPERTY AT THAT STAGE, AND AS A GENTLEMANS RULE HE GOT THE REFERRAL ON HIS OWN.
