01/08/18 - Vendor replied re new agent, "No thank you"
01/08/18 - Spoke to Ben Chick confirmed that they took it off the market as over priced. $300k and will only get around $200k. needed a mow too, which they ahve now done, but probably moving to another agent.
01/08/18 - Agent Kerri advised, "Ben Chick from Explore Property is looking after that listing. I have retired, due to my husband falling ill."
01/08/18 - Danny/vendor replied, "I still have not sold the property yet unfortunately and the service that was given from the Explore Property Mackay team was very poor. They did not inform me of a buyers offer on one occasion. I know this because the person that made the offer told me. The advertising sign on the property sent most of the time laying on the ground. Lastly the people that requested to view the property they sent them to view it alone instead of taking them there to pitch them the sell."
