Vicki,
We had our house valued about 10years ago and the agents were telling us that the houses in Drouin had increased about one hundred percent since then. When we had the house revalued, the agents told us the value had only gone up about ten percent.
So, we are not really interested in selling if that is the case.

ANNE BACHELOR - WILL SIT THE MARKET FOR NOW NEED TO CLEAR $6200K AND AGENTS ARE APPRAISING AT $540K HAPPY WITH ALL OF THEM THOUGH.
