18/11/20 Simon update: Client sold it in June to a tenant in the building.
*** Client has withdrawn as was not in hurry to sell and did not get what he wanted, and does not want to disturb the tenants again. May go to market in December if tenants dont renew and he will use Simon again****property removed from the market.
