04/06/19: Spoke to Desmond (venodr), holding off, currently tenanted / good currency exchange with Singapore so he is quite happy to sit back. Purchased in 2016 at top end of market so wants top make a profit on that. Agreed to chat again June 2020 as see where his position and market are.
28/03/19: Agent Nic said, "I've had a couple of conversations with him. I don't think he'll get anywhere near what he wants for the property at the moment. Since he doesn't need to sell, I've advised that he put it off for a while."
