15/08/19: Agent David advised, "Hi Natalie. We had an offer on it and it crashed on B&P. He has decided to withdraw it from sale and will try again in 6-12 months. Sorry I couldn't get a result for you but the conditions of the home needs some money spent on it to fix problems that's why he is renting again short term."
