Previously: Several agents had already done appraisals
11/03/2019 - Hi Mark, I texted Mark Chapman on Saturday providing him an update with the open home numbers from that day and booked in the Market Appraisal with him for Sunday afternoon. Spent a few hours with him and his wife Sunday afternoon/evening. Doesn't like Sunny from Laing & Simmons and has only had James from James Kelly real estate out so far. Going to have one more agent out before they make up their mind as to whether to sell or not. Keep you informed of any further developments. Thanks Kael - Ray White Castle Hill
