16/07/2019 - Peter: After numerous attempts to solicit the business from Mark we found out late last week that he’s decided to list his property with Elders (who currently are the letting Agents).

7/05/2019 - PeterL: Goran has gone very quiet, I last called him yesterday 6/5/19 and left a message,he has not responded, my gut feel is he is waiting for the lease to expire to sell, as the pool of buyers will be greater, this was a discussion I had with him. It’s a case of easy easy, as Elders manage the property, he rarely calls me back, but texts most of the time. Trust this information helps. I am quite keen to list the property, and Goran is very aware of this.
