I have updated this lead in the past. The vendor is no longer interested in selling so they now have committed to a long term lease agreement.
***All owned by Chinese people they all bought land and built owned by 10 chinese friends, Warren lives in 1077 he knows the area well, not worth more than $1.6 they dont desperately need cash not prepared to take the hit of about $400k, they bought the land for $1.1 mill ****
