21/05/20 - Vendor replied, "We are not currently trying to sell our place but are having renovations done."
30/09/19 - Spoke to vendor, family does nto want to sell atm
28/05/19 - Vendor replied re agent selection, "They all have been helpful although now I have pulled the house off the market"
06/03/19 - Spoke to John (vendor), needs to do some work to bring up the scratch to sell. He lives in darwin so hard, but agents are good. some junk to get rid of and also needs to slash the grass etc. call back in April
05/03/19 - Agent Suzey declined, "Unfortunately I will have to pass on this one"
