Hamish - Ok. My ex got the house in property settlement.
* Original referral 06/03/2019, vendor and agents responsive, divorce property
07/09/20 - Sent newsletter to vendor
* * * * * * * No comms with vendor/agent from this date
24/05/19 - Hamish (vendor) replied, "The property settlement from divorce is still dragging on. Trouble is we both want my house. Anyway no choice but have to wait the outcome with lawyers."
26/04/19 - Agent Andrew replied, "My understanding it was a separation so both sides needed to get valuations done."
14/03/19 - Spoke to agent Nadine, vendor might want to buy her ex patner out.
06/03/19 - Agents Nadine and Andrew accepted the referral
