31/10/19 not selling - Renting only.
15/04: Katie emailed, I did have it listed but then about an hour later she spoke to her account and was told that she would have to pay GST and capital gains tax.
She is already at a loss with the property as she has only just settled on it last Friday and as you know the market conditions have changed.
She is going to now move into it.
Thank you so much for the referral and I will let you know if anything changes.

amira, complained about the service as they did not know that the referral fee is payable. I noted that we always mention on the phone that there is no obligation or cost, however we are paid a referral fee from the agent if they sell your property. Sher noted that her circumstances wer differnet as she was on a train and could not hear me so asked for an email to be sent and the email does not state this clearly. I said I will call the agent as it is the agents call to pass onto her (most top agents would not do this) she said no need to do that,. Just wanted to complain about the fee.
