SOLD? TBC - as Andrew / agent has been in touch and same vendor still owns both properties
This note is incorrect as I spoke with vendor 08/2019 and they are holding onto property re Property was sold in March 2019 for $405k - verify sale history on realestate - link below:

17/04/2020 0- Andrew: In touch with client - has 2 x properties, side by side, 26 & 28
17/06/2019 - James: I have struggled to get a hold of him,
17/6- Andrew Milne said client not selling ATM - Prices in Frankston hopefully will start to pick up within the next 3-6 months as there is no stock in the area at moment people are holding off on selling .
