frank listing with Tanya from TM - loved terri and likes lloyd, but in the end Tanya was a spec cheaper and also pointed out some things she loved witht he place so got the listing. Told him to keep terry in mind if for any rason it did not work out with Tanya

spoken to bothy agents - one meeting next thursday and still making appt for other agent - both sounded lovely - thanked for service. I said will call back in 2 weeks just to make sure you have appraisal and if you had any feedback at that time. He asked for 3 weeks.
