22/03/2019 From Damian Coad Met with Raymond who is looking to sell unit 4. He also owns unit 3 which he will look to sell in the next few years. Ray is looking to move to Echuca and I have provided him with about 10 options of homes to look at during his upcoming trip between Friday 29th and April 1st. Feel his home will sell between $440,000 and $480,000. Have suggested that he consider an 'off market' campaign with an asking price of $485,000 until his tenant has moved out (scheduled in the next 1-2 months). We have some suitable buyers known to us now. Suggested improvements include internal painting and gardening works once the tenant vacates. Ray is meeting with three other agents but will not be looking to act until he has returned from Echuca. I'll look to meet with him again upon his return. Thanks again. Damian.
