28/03/19 - Agent Maree emailed, "I just spoke to Pam and they have decided to move in to the property and not sell. She wanted $2.5m which is approx $800k over the market, not that I told her that. I didn’t even get a chance to talk to her she realised it’s not achievable. "
21/03/19 - AGent Stephen emailed, "Spoke with her and she is saying that she is not looking at selling at the moment and is going to hang onto and move into it. She realises that she is not going to get over 2mil for it. I offered to go and give her another opinion but she flat out refused and said they are not selling…"
