22/03/2020 - Steven: Price now $435K - lower floors have sold cheaper and higher floors more expensive recently / still getting enquiries and owner is letting occasionally to pay some bills
16/12 - Hi Mark, thanks for your text. Still working the sale. Had the property open twice last week with 3 buyers attending. We just lowered the price to $435,000 which is inline with the other sales in the resort recently.
31/08/209 - Emailed agent Steve re sales progress - Enquiry has been great on the unit, deal just hasn't happened yet. Access has been hard the last few months due to strong bookings which doesn't help however income is good.
30/05/2019 - James / Ray White: Got your message: we have listed the above unit, not yet sold but working towards it. Steve has sold many in the building so is acting as lead agent in this instance. We acknowledge our agreement with you guys on this one.
