28/03/19 - Spoke to Clinton Barker, vendor cancelled appointment, will call if needed, spoke to Mike Lao who sold over 100 properties, also said this was a specialised property over 50s, can't own the land, just the house, all transportables, need to pay $140pw to the village for upkeeping if you are on pension you can ask centerlink for assisntance
