Spoke with Janelle - client ctc other agent direct , selling agent was Julian Gale, NOT Monty off original referral, it failed to sell on first run - Mark
7/06/2021 - Janell: Peter is away for the week - will speak with him next week to UD on what occurred
4/06/2021 - Spoke with Janelle again - forwarded both lots of email trails relevant to property.
Selling agent was Julian Gale - NOT Monty.
Will follow up with Peter Tran on Monday and come back to me - Mark
Note: Appears we sent lead, Monty accepted, vendor chose non referred agent, remained unsold, then approached another agent from their office who then sold it.
