04/10/19 - Vendor emailed, "Both agents contacted me and provided a quote. It was productive to meet them. Nick is reaching out very regularly which is nice. However, my divorce process is taking longer than I imagine it would and unfortunately I am not yet in a position where we both agreed on selling. I still want to sell and definitely will, but when is probably the most unknown at the moment. Hopefully in the next month, I will have a view. Thank you so much for reaching out to me. I appreciate and love this follow up"
12/04/19 - Agent Veronica SMS, "Hi Rowena, as she is going through a separation it will be a little while before they work the sale. I will keep you updated though and appreciate the referral."
